Orders will be shipped to anywhere in the United States by UPS. Please email us at shop@jaynedesignstudio.com for shipments outside the U.S.

We will provide refund or exchanges on unused, undamaged merchandise in their original packaging. Customers must provide notification of their intent to return any item within 5 days of receipt by emailing us at shop@jaynedesignstudio.com.

Refunds or exchanges do not include shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return and reshipment costs on all returned items. We cannot be held liable for items lost in transit and strongly advise using traceable forms of shipment.

All items returned must be received within 14 days of original receipt. We will refund items via the original payment method within 7 days of receipt.

In stock items will ship within 5 days of placement of order. Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment by emailing us shop@jaynedesignstudio.com, otherwise our standard return policies apply.
