Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct on this website. However, while the colors displayed are a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur. Colors may vary from batch to batch. All measurements given are approximate.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card payments and Paypal only. All goods are sold subject to availability. In stock items will ship within 5 days of placement of order. Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment by emailing us firstname.lastname@example.org, otherwise our standard return policies apply. Refunds of cancelled orders will be completed within 5 days of notice by email.
Items that are made to order are noted in their descriptions with expected lead times stated. Occasionally things occur outside of our control which may result in a delay to your order. We will do our utmost to keep these to a minimum and will update you on any changes to the delivery schedule. You will also be given the option to cancel any custom items with a delay and receive a full refund within 5 days by your original payment method.
We will notify you when an item is about to ship. You may cancel any in-stock or custom orders prior to their being shipped, otherwise our standard return policy will apply.
Please notify us right away of any fault or defect by emailing a photo of the item with a brief description of the damage to email@example.com. We will forward a return UPS label to you and request that you initiate the return shipment within 3 business days of receipt of the label. We will ship a replacement of any in stock items upon receiving returned goods. For custom items, the usual lead time to manufacture will apply but you will be given the option to receive a full refund if you do not wish to wait.
You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 212 838 9080 x 21 if you do not receive this within a half hour of placing your order.(For orders placed on weekends or outside of normal 9am to 5pm working hours, we will respond on the next business day.)
Purchases sent to addresses in New York State are subject to sales tax. The buyer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes to locations outside of New York State. To obtain tax exemption for resale purposes, a resale certificate must be provided to email@example.com.
